A distinguished engineer and Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Samman holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from Duke University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and a leading authority in the design, analysis, assessment, and life extension of coke drums — large petroleum refinery vessels critical to the energy industry. Beyond his consulting practice, he has taught graduate-level Finite Element Analysis at the University of Houston and delivered numerous industry seminars.

Dr. Rami Alloush leads data-driven initiatives supporting upstream oil and gas analytics at S&P Global Energy. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wyoming, focusing on nano-scale fluid behavior in unconventional reservoirs and AI applications in energy, and holds a patented innovation in research digitization and automation. He holds professional certifications in machine learning and data analytics from Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, and Google.
